I’ve spent more than two decades in the human service field in various roles. With a Master's degree in Counselling and a Certificate in Collaborative Conflict Resolution, I have a passion for working with and working things out with groups.
My work involves various forms of mediation and intervening in conflict as part of organizational development. I have experience supporting government teams as they grapple with the intricate needs of serving children and families. I also enjoy training adults to acquire essential job skills, including software implementation, meeting facilitation, and policy application.
