Learn the reasons behind complaints, when and how to consider relevant legislation, how to ask effective questions to gather accurate information, addressing interviewer bias, and conducting strength-based, culturally agile, and trauma-informed inquiries.

I was discussing with a fellow board member and we both recounted how easy the process felt (far from how previous board meetings went over this discussion). We attributed it to yours and Andy's support. He really helped us distinguish roles and set boundaries that have offloaded a lot of the stress we carried around this topic over the past several months.
