For more than a decade, I've worked in the field of Dispute Resolution as a Collaborative Practice Facilitator. My educational background includes both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Conflict Analysis and Management.
My primary focus has been guiding planning meetings to develop child safety plans, which has been both challenging and rewarding. I specialize in assessing and resolving complex, multi-layered conflict situations. In my toolkit, I have a range of interventions and approaches at my disposal, including interviewing, facilitation, mediation, conflict coaching, group facilitation, and training services.
My clients have spanned a diverse spectrum, from youth and families to not-for-profit organizations, as well as business and sports organizations. My work is centred on the goal of resolving complex conflicts and promoting effective dispute resolution.
