I am police officer with the Saanich Police Department, with 24 years of experience, I am currently the Staff Sergeant in the Human Resources Division. For over a decade and a half, I instructed child interviewing for The Forensic Practice, and am recognized as a subject matter expert in interviewing. I hold a diploma in Criminal Justice, a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, and a Master’s degree in Public Administration. I have served on a number of not-for-profit boards and for the last eight years was the President of a minor sports organization in BC. 

I am interested in helping organizations understand how to build teams, manage conflict, implement effective governance, and strategically plan for the future.

In the winter, you will find me in my happy place skiing and in the summer I enjoy camping with my family.
