Keri Trinder

Certified Con. Res
Mediator

Keri has worked for over 30 years and is trained in counselling and mediation.  Her work experience had her navigating complex and high-stress situations regularly. She has worked within the health, non-profit, private, and government fields developing her strong ability to manage these complex cases with sensitivity and care. She is committed to facilitating fair, respectful, and sustainable resolutions, even in emotionally charged situations.

Her experience and training has shaped her into a mediator who not only applies effective conflict resolution strategies but also understands the emotional and relational factors that shape individuals, workplaces, and family systems.  Having worked alongside Indigenous families and communities for most of her career, she also strives to create a process that ensures cultural safety and supports cultural protocols.

When she is not mediating, you'll find her on the water or on her bike.  She also volunteers with her local rowing clubs. Sports have been an integral part of her life- both playing and coaching.  Discipline and teamwork of sport carry over well into mediation: showing up consistently, working together to get to a common result, while trusting the process.
