BA, BSW, MSW, RSW
Founder and President

I am the proud founder and president of Now What Facilitation. I have over 20 years of experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution, including work as a Practice Consultant in the Provincial Child Welfare system, where I designed and facilitated Collaborative Decision Making Meetings. My passion for conflict management has led me to design and deliver workshops for businesses, sports organizations, and not-for-profits to address individual and team conflicts.

As an associate trainer with the Forensic Practice, I train Social Workers and Law Enforcement professionals in complaints management and investigative interviewing. I also teach social work at the University of British Columbia, preparing students to enter diverse sectors. My approach is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and culturally agile, with a strong focus on relationship-building and active reconciliation, particularly in collaboration with Indigenous communities.

I am the author of This is How We Roll, a series of books on conflict management for teams. As a lifelong athlete, I believe organized sport fosters lifelong skills and values. I am proud to be a named expert with the US Anti-Doping Agency True Sport program and serve as the Safe Sport Safeguarding Liaison with viaSport British Columbia.
